Neck Pain

Neck pain rarely starts in the neck. More often it is the end of a chain that begins with how you sit, how you breathe and how your mid-back moves.

Also called:Stiff neck, Cervical pain, Text neck, Wry neck

What it feels like

  • Stiffness or restricted turning
  • Pain between the shoulder blades
  • Headaches that start at the base of the skull
  • Pain or tingling into the arm or hand

If your neck hurts, the neck is usually where the pain landed, not where the problem started.
