Dizziness and Vertigo
Most vertigo comes from the inner ear, and a large share of it responds to specific repositioning techniques, sometimes within one or two visits.
Also called:BPPV, Vertigo, Inner ear dizziness, Spinning sensation
What it feels like
- Room spinning when rolling over or looking up
- Brief intense episodes lasting under a minute
- Nausea with position changes
- Feeling off-balance for hours afterwards
If the room spins when you roll over in bed or tip your head back, that pattern is recognisable and frequently fixable.
How we treat it
Vestibular Therapy
Targeted retraining of the balance system for dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness, including repositioning techniques for common inner-ear causes.
Therapeutic Exercise
A progressive, individually prescribed exercise programme that rebuilds strength, mobility and control so improvements hold after discharge.
Manual Therapy
Skilled hands-on treatment of joints and soft tissue to restore movement and reduce pain, delivered by a licensed physical therapist rather than a machine.
Physical Therapy
A full evaluation, a diagnosis you can understand, and a treatment plan built for your body and your goals rather than a generic protocol.
